I'm Aida, holding the mysterious title of 'Creative Director / Lunch Lady' on Liberogic's Slack. I'm a middle-aged woman with the heart of a gyaru☆

For about seven months, I was posted in Osaka on my own for a big project. Being in a site supervisor position, I brought in snacks all the time to boost team morale. But bringing the right treats really tests your taste! Back when I worked at a publishing company, the hyper-critical senior editors at fashion magazines would evaluate every treat on how stylish, healthy, or cutting-edge it was.

Looking back after 20 years, I've realized there are two kinds of great treats: the high-end, small-quantity ones that are considered refined, and the 'huge volume & amazing value!' ones where sheer quantity reigns supreme. Today, I'm introducing the latter! You can buy all of these on Amazon, so go ahead and hit that order button.

An individually wrapped rice cracker set. It comes with a thoughtful variety of six flavors—burdock root, curry, salt, edamame, plum, and shrimp mayo—and the package design is great, too. Best of all, the price is super affordable: during Amazon sales, you can get a box with over 100 pieces for around 2,200 yen! Incredible value! Since the box is big, it really gives off that 'wow, we got something awesome!' vibe.

If your workplace has a lot of women and a water dispenser, this is a total no-brainer: instant fruit tea powder that dissolves easily in cold water. In the summer especially, it's a huge plus for staying hydrated. Great bosses care about their staff's health, right? Of course it's delicious hot, too, but drinks that dissolve in cold water are surprisingly rare. When the price drops to the 700-yen range, that's your cue to stock up!

People are always getting a little hungry at work. Imagine having a variety of mini glass noodle soups ready for a quick bite. Everyone excitedly picks their flavor, grabs a disposable bowl and chopsticks, and heads to the kettle. A complete setup costs around 3,000 yen and brings a moment of happiness to 40 people. Isn't that fantastic? What I loved about this particular glass noodle soup set was its global flavor lineup—it felt like a world expo in a box!

When projects run long and people live off bento boxes and convenience store meals, everyone's health visibly declines. My reaction is simple: 'Eat your veggies!' If you leave freeze-dried miso soup alongside disposable bowls and chopsticks, everyone will happily get their vegetable fix. Just a placebo? Non, non. Fiber is fiber, even if freeze-dried! I often saw people having lunch with a convenience store rice ball and a cup of gifted miso soup.

You probably think 'Godiva = expensive,' right? Non, non! Their Neapolitans—individually wrapped, single square bite-sized chocolates—don't come in a fancy gift box, which makes them insanely cost-effective. With a four-flavor assortment of milk, hazelnut, pistachio, and dark chocolate, picking a flavor is half the fun. You get over 50 pieces for around 2,100 yen during sales. It's budget-friendly, yet makes everyone feel like they got a luxury treat!

Thinking 'they know how I feel without me saying it' is just wishful thinking! Expressing gratitude in tangible ways is an essential part of team building ♡ Master the art of office treats and shine as a great boss!
