Ouch, Back Pain Hits.

Hey everyone! It's Hiratchi!
Man, I've really been thinking lately—desk work really takes a toll on your lower back when you're sitting all day, doesn't it?
Our president suffers from pretty bad back pain too, and whenever I hear him groaning "My back hurts...", I realize it's definitely not someone else's problem.
He's even had to take a break from his go-to Fitness Boxing because of his back pain.
But hey, it's not just the president! To all the desk workers out there staring at monitors every day—isn't your back screaming in pain?!
Why does sitting all day cause back pain, you ask?
Did you know that sitting actually puts more strain on your lower back than standing?

This time, I'm going to introduce some back pain support items recommended by our president that we have in the office!
With these, you can finally say goodbye to your back trouble!

This is the one sitting on the president's chair. Sitting on it keeps your pelvis upright and corrects your posture, so it puts less strain on your lower back! It's one of his personal favorites!

This is that back support belt that cinches up super tight, which was all the rage a while back.
Right after he bought it, he put it on while showing off to everyone saying, "Whoa, awesome!", but I haven't seen it around lately.
I'm sure he's using it at home now. Totally sure!!

I found the purchase history for this one! It works on your shoulders as well as your back, so it's a lifesaver when your whole body feels completely stiff!
It's affordable, so it's great to keep one stocked in the office!

Besides the items introduced today, there are plenty of other things you can do, like stretching or taking frequent breaks!
Because once you get back pain, it's seriously a hassle to deal with.
I hope everyone takes good care of their back and enjoys a comfortable desk work life!
